Your wedding day goes ridiculously quickly, so the last thing I want you remembering of it is the big hairy ginger following you around all day. While you’re probably worried about being the center of attention and posing all day, weddings shouldn’t, and don’t have to be a big fuck off photoshoot! I strongly believe the best weddings happen when you forget about the photos, be yourselves and enjoy the bloody thing!

What you can expect from your wedding photos

All my packages include me for the whole day, up to 12 hours, which means I’ll be there to collect photos of your last minute prep, right through to you busting moves on the dance floor.

Ginger Snaps - The Fun & Relaxed way to see how I work

A little pre-wedding adventure, without the wedding-day pressure. A Ginger Snap is a chance to get comfortable in front of my camera and discover that having your picture taken doesn’t have to be awkward as fuck.

We’ll wander somewhere you like, have a chat, have a laugh and take some lovely snaps along the way. No cheesy poses or forced smiles — just the two of you being yourselves.

Wedding Morning Prep

The morning of your wedding is filled with quiet smiles, nervous laughter, and the people who love you most.

I’m there for the chaos, the ‘Oh My God — did we forget this moments’, the nerves and everything beautiful that happens before you even get to the ceremony.

Wedding Ceremony Photos

Vows, rings, and that first kiss — the moment it’s all been building to, but it goes by quickly, and I want you to enjoy and remember it!

I’m there for the walk down the aisle, the ‘I’ve lost the rings’ moment, and the tears (mine included).

Wedding Couple Photos

We’ll head off for a relaxed wander around the venue. I’ll give you a little direction when you need it, but I’m not going to make you pose.

Just be together. Walk. Chat. Laugh. Kiss. Take the piss out of each other. I’ll only step in if you don’t look like you’re in love… And even then, you can just pretend. 😜

Wedding Party

From your first dance and cutting the cake to packed dance floors, questionable moves and everything that happens until the very last song.

I stay until the end because this is one of my favourite parts of the day. I bloody love a dance floor — the chaos, the energy, the hugs, the ridiculous dancing — and I’ll be right in there capturing all of it.

Hey! I’m Martin, the literal (and friendly) ginger giant behind Carrot Top Photos. I’m very ADHD, full of bad jokes, and have never really understood why everyone wants to be ‘normal’ — whatever the hell that is!

I’m still rarely far from a camera when I’m not working, usually trying to find the best spot to watch the sun set.

Otherwise, I’ll be driving liberally (and safely) through the country lanes of Essex; singing musical theatre anthems at full blast; or removing Lando, my feline brand ambassador 🐈 from the washing basket!
