Wedding Morning Prep

There are loads of ways to spend your wedding morning, and stress shouldn’t be one of them! Keep it traditional with separate rooms and a big reveal at the ceremony, or go for a first look — a quiet moment together before you get hitched. Some mornings are calm and quiet; others are chaos, surrounded by your loudest mates, kids, pets, music and drinks — absolute chaos!

However you want to spend the time before your wedding ceremony, I’ll capture the laughs, the nerves, the people you’ve chosen to have around you, and all the little moments you’d otherwise forget.

I’m also handy in a wedding morning rush — a champion dress hook-and-eye-er and a pro Windsor knot tier, with enough banter to get everyone laughing — and work out who’ll be propping up the bar or hiding when it’s time for group photos.

You don’t have to wear a traditional wedding dress or suit for your day to be perfectly, just you! Whatever you’re wearing, I’ll capture the little touches you’ve obsessed over and the things that are unique to you.

The wedding morning gives me a good chance to gather pics of the rings, the shoes, the outfits, the flowers, the cufflinks, the jewellery, the ridiculous socks, the stationery — all those little things you’ve chosen, designed and obsessed over that make your wedding yours. Put them all in a corner for me, and I’ll photograph them whilst you chill with your mates.

And yes, the asterisk is intentional. Your wedding doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s — it’s better that way!
